All prices are EXW Figueres ( Incoterms 2000)

Quifer Actuators S.L remains the owner of all goods shipped to the buyer until these goods have been paid in full

Non returns won't be accepted if Quifer Actuators know previously and accepted them.

• For standard material returned in perfect sellable conditions 15% in restocking fees will be applied.
• All non-standard items produced under specific customer request will not be accepted as returns.

Performance Guarantee is 18 months invoice date as standard , other special conditions can be agreed

Guarantee will only be applied for defective goods recognised by our Quality Control Department, and will be replaced in our factory, without any other kind of reimbursement.

Only the commercial court of Girona/ Barcelona is competent to settle any legal dispute
