QUIFER Scotch Yoke
pneumatic Actuators
are available in symmetric and canted
type.
They are specifically designed for
use with any valve such as ball,
butterfly, plug valves and other
quarter-turn mechanism.
Quifer Scotch Yoke actuators
are designed to use with Limit Switches,
Solenoid valve and Positioner.

AAAA- designates

DESIGN
AND CONSTRUCTION:
-Modular
construction allows the hydraulic
cylinder and the spring cartridge
to be assembled to either both sides
of the central body.
-The
hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders
are chromed as standard to improve
corrosion resistance and reliability.
-An
internal chrome guide bar insures
proper support of piston rod
-Provided
with bronze bearings and sliding
blocks for smooth operation and
extended life service
Multiple external hydraulic cylinders
tie bars
-For
the spring return version the spring
is supplied in a welded spring cartridge
to ensure safety when disassembling.
The spring cartridge can only be
removed when the spring is released.
-Totally
enclosed weatherproof central body.
-The mechanism of Yoke is designed
for give more torque when the valve
is ETC and BTO than BTC and ETO.
